Service manager has not called me back and left two

Service manager has not called me back and left two voicemails. I want refund of my original repair that is under warranty! My sales representative who helped with new car did do a great job explaining everything about new car.

Made an appointment for a regular synthetic oil change

Made an appointment for a regular synthetic oil change amd tire rotation at 10:15am. Told the service tech call me asap to pick up, and I was waiting to leave on vacation. Called several times for an update an my cat was still not done. At 3pm my car was finally finish. Ridiculous to wait 5 hours for an oil change that you had a appointment for. And no sticker in the windshield for next service. Very disgusted, frustrated and disappointed

We had to return our truck for service that was supposedly fixed and they had it for 3 days, but only worked on it a total of 3 hours.
