LOSER Ford: Does not answer a basic question.

LOSER Ford: Does not answer a basic question. Question submitted, plain English, easy to see, read, in their inquiry box, IGNORED! Instead? Wants to know when ‘convenient’ to come for a test drive. Their interest is hooking a ‘fish’, reel it in, fillet it and cook it, for the money. Regardless of the inquiry box question. Its use is for getting the contact information. NOT to answer a question, first. The answer comes first. No answer, no customer. That, they were told. Another cheap treatment of an inquirer.

Kyle Wilson was an amazing sells rep.

Kyle Wilson was an amazing sells rep. He made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us and was very patient. He really worked on getting us what we wanted and got us a better deal than we were expecting. We felt very comfortable with the buying process with Kyle and felt that he went above and beyond for us. We need more sales man like him. He took the horror from buying a car into a very pleasant experience. Kyle Wilson @ Winner Ford in Cherry Hill NJ can really get you what your heart is really looking for!!😎

Recently we had to replace and program an electronic key

Recently we had to replace and program an electronic key for our Ford Escape. From the receptionist, to parts department, to the service department and service writer, to the technicians - the customer service was outstanding and remarkable. Everyone was friendly and we were kept updated throughout the process. The valet service was very appreciated. I will speak highly of Winner Ford based on my experience. Thank you and Great Job!

Extremely organized and efficient.

Extremely organized and efficient. I was in and out the same day with a new vehicle with all my necessary documents and paperwork. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered!

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. He and the executives in the front office as well as the owner, who happened to be there, made this purchase happen. If I lived there, I would definitely buy my next vehicle from Winner Ford. Thank you to everyone at Winner Ford. 😊 Susan H.

Stay away!

I was trying to finance a vehicle. Salesperson Mike was a nice guy compared to his deceptive manager Mark. I made clear not to have more than one hard inquiry, asked if they were working to the cert4ain bank. Regardless, after they got my signature, Mark made 4 different hard inquiries. When i saw it on my app, Mark said its nothing, it would be removed in a month. It takes two years to get rid of the hard inquiry, as if he did not know that. Why should he care, it's not his credit! Obnoxious attitude, low life rep.

Stay away!

After an experience with another local dealer that left

After an experience with another local dealer that left me feeling ignored I decided to give Winner Ford a shot. The person that set up the appointment over the phone was great and left me feeling confident that this was going to be a good experience. The service advisor, Joe Noverati, at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill is excellent. There was some confusion when I was having a fleet vehicle serviced and he handled it like an absolute pro. I felt like I was informed of exactly what stage the service was at the every step of the way. He was friendly and great to talk to even when we were stuck in limbo with the fleet company. I have worked with motorcycle dealership fixed operations all over the country for 20 years, I know how tough these situations can be. Joe is an asset to the Winner service department and I won't hesitate to use them for all of my service needs in the future. Thanks Joe!
