Avalon Honda

We went to another (large) local dealer looking for a new Fit after 4 hours of being ignored frustrated and shown a used car we left. Then we went to Avalon Honda and were attended to imeadiatly. We will go back to Avalon next time we need a car.

Mike and CJ were very helpful. CJ dealt with my initial call and was polite and personable. Mike took care of my service issues when I dropped my car off. He called me in a timely manner to give me an update on my car's service issues. He also was very polite on the phone. When I picked my car up Mike gave me my paperwork and escorted me to the cashier's window. Great experience.
