They are always prompt in getting your car in so definitely a 5 star for organization and management. Even though I set my appts. up in the afternoon I still don't wait very long for the service to be completed so they seem to be able to handle a large volume of cars, even here at the beach in the summer. They are very communicative while I wait and review any findings or what service was done at the end. I will always buy a Honda as long as this dealership service is in place.

As always, great service, great turn around
Ross in Service is always great and helpful, no matter what you're in there for. If it's just an oil change, or something more. I have had issues with tires that needed to be replaced because of road hazards. Windshield, he always made sure to check my warranty, and never overcharges. This time it was a simple nail in my tire, which they squeezed me in and took care of within 35mins.

quick easy service
needed vent shades for my 2016 Fit and having looked at the directions on the internet for doing this I thought it best that factory trained people should do it. very happy and it only took an hour and Ross was very nice and helpful

Fast service
I’m from out of state and needed service for my new Honda CRV-EXL. I got an appointment right away and it didn’t take long. However they forgot to fully close my hood. I had to leave thevParkway to close it. They left grease on my hood but I was able to clean it off. I called and explained what happened so they don’t do it to someone else. Other than that my appointment was not too bad.

Saved by Avalon Honda.
Our Accord developed some problems on a Saturday morning 200 miles from our home. We contacted Avalon Honda and was asked to bring it in, even though it was Saturday and they had many cars awaiting service. The service manager Ross is the most helpful service manager I have ever dealt with. He was extremely busy, but identified the problem and repaired it within a couple of hours we were on our way back to Virginia. Thank you Ross! John and Delores Donley
