Excellent service in all areas
I recently received superior service when my '09 Civic required body work, routine service, and new brakes. The body shop returned to me a car that looked like new. During the oil change and checkup the mechanic advised that the rear brakes were ready for replacement. They were able to do this immediately--all procedures completed in the same visit, which is a huge convenience to the car owner. During the nine years I've owned my Civic (favorite car ever) all service has been provided by Avalon Honda. I always get a prompt appointment. The mechanics are meticulous in their check of the systems and provide recommendations for future service. Every employee I've met is professional and knowledgeable about the Civic and its systems. The staff makes the experience as easy as possible for the owner,,

While it was a regular maintenance check, the service manager took the time to explain exactly what had been done and went over the information and explained each item. Very helpful. I was treated with courtesy and feel that the service department is very efficient.

wheel alignment & tire rotation
just got my car detailed & they did NOT use a mat so greasy footmarks all over....I was not a happy camper...they did offer to clean it but I said next time use the paper mat...

driver side air bag replacement
Service manager was very helpful. He scheduled the required service iimmediately and the work was completed quickly. Very good customer experience. I have been driving Honda automobiles for forty two years. The cars are dollar for dollar, the very best in the industry. I have put over 600,000 miles on my Hondas. The service I have received at this Burns delivers hip is typical of my past experiences at other Honda dealerships.....professional and competent service.

Mysterious noises emanating from my CRV (2010) and each time I took it to be checked, of course, the noise stopped. However, finally, Ross heard the noise and made an appointment for the next day. The problem was rear caliper. Ross, is always very informative, explained all and answers all of my questions. My thanks to Ross, for always coming to my rescue, to C.J. for driving me home and back again the next morning, and to Tony, the mechanic that so expertly serviced my car and he, also explained everything to me in detail. In addition, because of my travels, Ross always makes certain my vehicle is safe to operate and goes out of his way to make me feel secure. Many thanks to Ross. C.J. and Tony.
