I can always get an appointment without having to wait too long. Dealer is close to my home and drop off makes getting service convenient.

Service was excellent. Very friendly mechanics. Serviced car same day. Convient appointment given to me because of my work schedule. My car was in for a recall. Had the parts available and ready to Go.

not going to be verbose. They do the work that they promise very well. Their detailing service is very slow, although it's not Avalon Honda who does the detailing, so it's their third-party people who are slow. Just beware if you want to have your vehicle detailed. Ross Seifert is a pleasant, knowledgeable and reasonable man. I definitely trust him.

A nail lodged in the side wall of one of the rear tires drivable but losing air slowly called the Service Team at 9:15 Ross ( nothing short of exceptional ) gave me a choice of a couple times he had a full schedule. Mike then explained the damage, next steps, and pricing. In by 10 am out prior to 11am. Avalon Honda never disappoints from Sales to Service truly "The Nice Guys".

Service Center provides excellent care of my HRV. They explain all work done. My vehicle is returned to me quickly & clean. Definitely my go to center for my car care.
