Thorough and honest.
They have been thorough and honest during the years (about 10) we have been using them for service. We have 2 Honda Civics. Always ready on time. No surprises. Very friendly. My only complaint is more a Honda issue. We had to have both air conditioners replaced, just before 200,000 miles. This sounds more like a defect since it happened to both Civics. But then, I expect a lot from my Hondas!

Faulty battery replaced
The service was quick and efficient. The new warranty on the new battery was confusing but since I traveled the next day not time to debate. Butt i will follow up!

Great Experience
I always have a great experience at Avalon. Everyone is very friendly, and know what is needed to be done. They are also never over pricing service. I never get charged for anything I don't need. Service was done on time and quickly. They are all willing to work with you.

No Pressure...Great Staff Experience
