This is my 4th purchase of a Honda at Avalon Hondo.

I always find the personnel at Avalon Honda pleasant to work with and I always get a great competative price whether I am purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Their slogan of "home of the good guys" is certainly true but I think it should be ammended to include "gals" also as my recent lease was with Susan, obviously not on of the guys.

courteous, timely, pleasant, efficient

The dealership provides excellent, customer- friendly and efficient service in a clean, pleasant atmosphere. Employees are very accommodating and explain transactions clearly. Coffee, cookies and TV were an added bonus!

Great Experience Except for the Fox News Channel

The staff was very friendly and kind, even when I ran late because of an unanticipated detour. The timing was exactly as I was told it would be. The waiting room was comfortable. Only objection was that Fox News channel in the waiting room. Something more neutral would be preferable.

Great service

The service team at Avalon Honda is top shelf. Always explain what work will be performed. Very friendly, and courteous in their interactions when explaining how the vehicle will get serviced.

Knowleable and trust worthy.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I trust them. Everyone that works at Avalon Honda seems happy to be there. They genuinely value each other and the business And treat customers with total respect. There’s always coffee and cookies in the waiting area, as well as a flat screen tv, a desk for homework and toys for the kids. I’ve never waited more twenty minutes. I’ve always had a positive experience at the dealership.

Good Cookies

they have the best cookies in the waiting room and i feel like they are on my team they do need new ceilings though PS really going to miss the last generation of Pilots

Very friendly and quick service

The gentleman Ross that assisted me with making an appointment was very helpful to got me an appointment the vet next morning. He was friendly an mad me laugh!! On arrival I was checked in immediately with no wait. I had a great experience all around!! Thank you again for the quick oil & filter change and friendly staff!! TQ
