Service people are always courteous and honest and that's why I drive 60 miles to get the work done. I will rec. them to my friends.

I leased a car from boardwalk Honda in EggHarbor township in 2014.I wanted to purchase the car in 2018. When I asked for the payoff number they quoted me approx. 2k over the actual payoff number I got from the finance dept. at Honda. They had added several fees over and above the payoff that seemed unfair. I called Avalon Honda and they did not have those fees. Their fees were what you would expect, motor vehicle fees and 1 or 2 administration fees that were minimal.. I went there instead of boardwalk Honda. and they were very accommodating and had all my paper work ready when I got there. If were to buy or lease another Honda in the future I would definentley go the Avalon Honda.

In my 45 years of driving & purchasing vehicles Avalon Honda is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with. Sales staff, management & service department all understand the importance of customer service. I could have gone to 2 other Honda dealerships one within 10 & the other within 20 miles of my home but instead chose to drive 65 miles to do business with Avalon Honda.

Provided Excellent Service on time price was right and we left the dealership as happy customers.We will continue to use this service in the future.

Pricing very good. Explanation of features on car excellent. Worked with our budget. Initially not as helpful as our visit 10 months ago when we purchased our 2017. This visit was to replace the 2017 due to it being totaled in an accident. We wanted EXACTLY the same car but a 2018. They didn’t seem to grasp that fact initially but positivily proved themselves as the transaction took place.

Great quick service. Honest dealership, sales and service department. Always confident in taking my vehicle there for service. They are the best in the area.

Actions needed for the tire repair were prompt and I left in less then a half hour. Personnel were informative on issue - I'll certainly return for future work on the car.

From the time we entered Avalon's parking lot until the car we wanted was located and we took delivery out sales person, Susan Cafiero, was extremely helpful, organized, answered all of our questions, and explained all of the features of the models we were considering. My wife and I rate her an A-plus. Chris Kull, business manager was also helpful with extended warranty information and closing "paper work". Another A-plus.

Ross and the guys in the service department are great! They are courteous, and very accommodating. I feel confident that my vehicle is being serviced correctly and I trust them with the quality of work being performed.

Excellent customer service. My 2016 Honda Odysseys rotors went bad prematurely and they got me in the day I called and fixed it free of charge. Thank you Avalon Honda! I’m a happy customer.
