Ross took care of my problem with vehicle Honda Accord it had problems with the key fob and remote start. Both key fobs stopped working

A Big Mistake
After many years and miles of driving a Honda CRV I bought a Ford Escape. It was a big hugh mistake!!! I had a terrible experience with the dealership (Kindle Ford in Cape May Courthouse, NJ). I felt I was pressured into the sale, the salesman and the staff seemed anxious to sell me the car at the expense of taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly and be patient with my efforts to "think it through". It was partly my fault because I let myself be "talked into" buying the car without discussing it further with member of my family. They were no help. As a woman with little "car sense" I should have walked out. Kindle was no competition to Avalon as I found out within the next few weeks. There were loose ends the sales and dealership left undone, the salesman had moved on to another dealership and the car itself was no Honda CRV. As the weeks went by I became more and more dissatisfied with the car and the staff at Kindle and missed the Nice Guys at Avalon. Finally, I took myself back to Honda and replaced the Ford with a used CRV. What did I miss most about Avalon and what do I prize most about Avalon? It's really the staff. In fact, buying a used Honda brought me back to the outstanding service department there beginning with Ross Seifert and his team and including Rob Frankel who helped me purchase my "used 2012 CRV". Mr. Seifert has made my relationship with Avalon a very positive one. As an older single woman he has been kind, helpful and made me feel confident in depending on his advice and suggestions about the maintenace of my car. I have nothing but good things to say about Avalon Honda.

Amazing !!!!!
From the Receptionist that answers the phone to the mechanic that works on your car, everything is just awesome. The Service department is top notch, they explain everything in detail. I would not think of buying a Honda from anyone else.

Found I needed new battery & replaced it as well as windshield wipers. Found service man very informative & pleasant to deal with. Checked my tires as well
