Thorough, friendly, timely

I have been using services from Avalon Honda for 12 years. Wonderful staff in all departments. Ross, the service manager is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly seems to really care about every customer.

Service oil change

All that was needed was reviewed by support staff. Next steps including review of current servic done. They were very thorough and complete in exposing my car.

Great customer service with Ross in the lead.

Avalon Honda is terrific all around: Pleasant and friendly customer service for all car care visits, beginning with my phone call to schedule an appointment for whatever my auto may need and ending with an explanation of what was done and what may be needed in the future before signing for payment with the always pleasant woman at the window. Comfortable waiting area and quick service.

Routine Maintenance Service

Arrived early, but Ross and Mike took my CRV immediately. We went over the service to be completed. After examining the car they recommended some fluid changes, I decided to have them done next service. My car was ready when expected. I'm always treated in a friendly manner. The excellent service is done quickly.

bought battery, price and warranty great even honored Honda coupon took less than 15 minutes and explained warranty and suggested what I needed to keep for warranty claim if not able to return to selling dealership

Purchase of Leased Vehicle;

I leased a 2015 Honda Accord previously and decided to pay the residual value and purchase the vehicle. I made a down payment and financed the balance through Honda Finance. I received a fair interest rate and the entire purchase was completed in less than two hours. I would like to thank Phil Calfina who handled the leasing back in 2015 and Bob Frankel who helped with my purchase and answered all my questions and finally to Clay Kull who facilitated the financing and explained all the options available to me. It was a seamless process and I thank you all.

Having calibers replaced

I have no complaints about the service I received today and have always been treated great by the service dept. however I have a question about why i’ve Had to replace my rear brake pads & routers every year for the last 4 years. And I just had front & rear brakes put on in April and today ithey had to replace the two rear calibers and replace the brakes again. (They didn’t charge me for brakes) just wondering is this normal for a 2007 CRV
