They completed routine oil change faster than they originally indicated which was great. They originally also highlighted a potential leak but service manager promptly followed up with the technician and determined it was a non-issue. I appreciated the honesty so they ensured I didn’t get an unnecessary repair. I highly recommend this dealership

Trouble shoot problem
After getting a jump from AAA made to your facility...met service manager got me in diagnosed the problem ..needed new battery was out in 50 minutes.Ross Seifert did a great job for us in this busy vacation season.

My experience was good
I would say overall it was good but I think tom should have told me the car had 203 miles on it and accepted my original offer of 18000 for the car considering it was a left over 2017 and had that miles on it. to have a price of 19500 and then the fees on top of that is more than a 2019 would have cost based on you build it. I know you will think, well it has the navi on it. wel the 2019 I built online did not have that but it in itself is not that important to me. over all it was good and a learning experience, I don't suspect ill be getting a new car in this life time but will advise family when negotiating for a new car, check the milage on the one you want. New cars should have less then 10 miles on them or you should be compensated for it. in the price. the price was a compensation for the 2017 not the milage.

Faulty battery
Mike did a great job of accommodating me, diagnosing and fixing the problem. The new battery has been working well. I would recommend this dealership.

Friday service visit
I was taken care of in a pleasant manner and the work to be completed that day was thoroughly explained. During my visit I was told that fluids needed to be changed and selected the ones to be completed this time. All completed in reasonable time.

Great!!
I came to the dealership on a very busy day. My vehicle had issues starting. The assistant service manager Mike went above and beyond in seeing that our issue was taken care of even though they were extremely busy. The customer service I received was exceptional.
