I'm serious ONLY 5-6 Hours(Advertised : less than 2 hours !!) Very Good online impression and price quote on the vehicle itself. Horrible in-person experience and aftertaste of the car salesmen of old when they grill you for hours only to exhaust you and extract more money from you. NEVER AGAIN

I recently purchased a used car from the used car department at dch academy honda and delt with an employee by the name of David mazurek from start to finish. He was extremely easy going and friendly. I never felt pressured during the process, and he addressed all of my questions and concerns. People like this make me want to buy things and make me feel confident in my purchase. Great job DCH and even better job for having a guy like Dave on your team!!

I was very pleased with the overall buying experience at DCH Honda. The sales person Dave was very helpful in listening to my needs and financial criteria and was able to get me into a certified pre owned honda. Ive purchased vehicles elsewhere and felt very pressured, however Dave was great in working with me and kept me informed and confident I was making the right decision. I bought a 2015 Honda Accord on April 28. The salesman, Ryan Hoey was knowledgable, kind and patient. He spent a lot of time showing us different cars, new as well as used. He was not only able to fully answer all our questions but left us feeling fully informed. We were able to make our choice feeling very satisfied that we got a great car. Ryan is an excellent advocate and asset for Honda- this is the third car we've bought from him- I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. Thank you Ruan for a great experience

Strategy for internet to on-premises sales work BECAUSE buyer do not see sticker - BUT will certainly tell other buyers to beware. Internet sales should detail/outline the extras from the model when presenting the price being offered as well as the MSRP.

At no point of time in the purchase experience, I felt pressurized or have to make the car buying decision in haste. Dimitri Victoratos assisted me and was an absolute gentleman and very patient. I went into Open Road Honda earlier and absolutely hated it .No body approached us at Open Road Honda and it just had a shady vibe to it. Open Road Honda was our first choice this time as it was only 5 miles away from where we live. My wife and I turned around and decide to go to DCH. This is the second car i have bought from DCH Academy Honda.The first one I bought in 2005 which we sold in 2009 and the this time yesterday April 30 2015. Peter George was our sales guy. He was very pleasant and polite to work with. He explained all the features of the car. I am happy and very satisfied with the experience. DCH Academy honda is definetly where I will go to buy my next car when its time in a few years. 5 stars all the way.
