I came here thinking I was not going to be able to leave with anything. I had a trade in as well. I ended up leaving with a pre owned honda fully loaded. They worked hard to get me the best deal possible. And took time to explain everything to me so that I understood everything. It also was a pretty quick service. My last car dealership experience I was in there literally from open to close. So I was very happy about the time it took to get me a deal and get me back out on the road.

I walked into the sales floor in the morning, took a test drive and made a deal with Ivon and Pete in less than a half hour. I had been to 10 different dealerships trying to get a good price on my trade-in; Ivon and Pete made it happen no fuss, no anger, no mess. They did what was needed to make me happy and keep me happy even a few days after the purchase. Terry could have been a little faster getting the finance paperwork ready, but even he was just as friendly and not pushy. Maybe I lucked out that day (cause I normally do not like going to car dealerships) but they made my latest dealership experience feel like a normal everyday transaction (e.g. grocery shopping) and I would definitely return to buy another car from them in the future.

I would also add that all the staff that I interacted with provided me with exceptional and outstanding service. I would recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a car from a salesperson that does not have the ?traditional? car salesperson traits.

Our experience at DCH Academy Honda was a very pleasant one, primarily because of the excellent salesperson, Erich Tam. He was knowledgable, helpful, and very friendly. He tried to make the experience as easy and smooth as he possibly could. Although the other members of the sales staff may be equally wonderful, I would definitely recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a car from this dealership seek out Erich as their salesperson.

We went in with our Costco discount papers. Mr. Aweeky introduced himself. took the papers, came back in 10 minutes, and started to show us cars. While we were outside he started the paper work and then the financing. Truly, we have never had such a smooth car buying experience ever. We were very pleasantly surprised.
