Hi Erich Tam, I had a wonderful experience at DCH Honda! This is my 4th Honda purchased and this year I decided to change it up by getting a CRV EX. You made this experience easy and comfortable. In all the years dealing with sales reps, you are by far the nicest, courteous and most informative sales person I’ve dealt with. You answered all my questions and provided additional details that I dont' was very helpful. Also, you demonstrated some of the features in the car, which has made it easier for me to understand. Great Experience
Traded in my 2012 Pilot for a 2015 Pilot. It was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson, Paul Aweeky and manager Paul Papis were exceptional. They were very informative and very helpful with the trade and the purchasing of the new Pilot. Being that I live in Staten Island NY. there was alot of paper work involved. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Exceptional Sales and Customer Service
On April 29, 2015 I visited DCH Academy Honda for the purpose of buying out my 2012 Honda Accord coming off Lease and obtaining a new 2015 Honda Accord. To make this experience more interesting I was also trading in my 2002 Infiniti I35. Since no one ever really trades in a car to buy a car coming off Lease it made the process a tad more complex. However, both my sales person Mr. Joe Guzzo and the Finance Manager Mr. Paul Papis made the acquisitions and financing in a very smooth and easy transaction.. I want to personally thank both gentlemen for their no nonsense and no pressure business like manner in how they provided me with exactly what I needed and wanted.

Best Experience Every Buying A CAR
This was actually the best experience ever purchasing a new car. I went online, asked for a price quote, got a call the next morning, selected all my options, got an email with my out the door price, and the deal was done!!! The BEST part, I arrived at the dealership at 3 pm.... 15 minutes later I had a signed contract for the agreed to PRICE. No BS, no Bait and Switch. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark Kamatoy from Internet Sales and Joe Guzzo from sales. This was a huge difference from my experience the night before. There price was also MUCH better than any other dealer in the area for the same exact car. I had actually gotten an out the door price over the phone from DCH Kay Honda the day before...... I went to the Kay Honda that night, spent 2 hours getting ABUSED by the salesman and General Manager, and was finally walked. They promised me a price on the phone including all upgrades, fees, taxes, etc, and when I got to the dealership they presented me a bill that was $1500 more. When I told them the price their own employee had quoted over the phone, they kept fighting me telling me there was no way they could do that price. They came down in price 3 times, and still were about $500 over the promised price. I sat and listened to the sales people on either side of me with customers, and the sales people were pulling the same crap and telling the same lies. Obviously they are all trained to lie, cheat, and steal from the customers. It is crazy how 2 companies with the same exact parent company DCH Group, have totally different approaches to customer service. Obviously the management at Kay Honda needs a refresher on how to treat the customer. Morales, ethics, and pure being a human being are checked at the door when DCH Kay Honda employees arrive at work.

Refused to quote price
This was an AWFUL car buying experience. I was a serious buyer with every intention to purchase. However, when I asked to find for a quote and to take the contract home with me to review they flat out refused. Suddenly, all semblance of customer service went out the window. They were rude, they talked down to me and as a result I'm happy to say I took my business elsewhere.

Typical Car Dealer
Good price on brand new cars, Average sales force. Poor trade in values. They wont help you after the sale. Otherwise they are not bad.
