Leroy Parks is and has always been my salesperson at D’Arcy. Leroy listens and knows what I like and don’t like. He calls me when something new comes in that I may like. I told him I was looking for a work car and he called me a few days later and told me he has a Veloster he wants me to test drove. I came out ans fell in love with it and we started the process.

The only thing I’d ask is that if a customer is already working with a salesperson, they be given the courtesy to not receive follow up calls back to back. I work a lot of long hours and I’d already scheduled with Leroy that i would be back the following day and instead there was someone I believe from customer relations named Hannah that called and sent texts and out of courtesy I responded but I was a tad bit annoyed so I called Leroy and asked rhat no one else calls me and asked him to put notes in my account because I work long hours and was taking care of a sick relative at the time and was super annoyed by the many calls and texts from Hannah. That’s the only issue I had, everything else was FANTASTIC as usual. I love D’Arcy! I send alllll of my friends and family there.
As usual, I can't think of anything they could have done...
As usual, I can't think of anything they could have done to improve my visit unless they "comped" it. :-) I never even consider going anywhere else for any kind of service.

I could not believe how quick and easy my car buying experience was! Even as I was signing the papers, I still didn’t believe it! Lol This was my first time buying a car by myself. Your employee, Phil Gomez, made the process so easy. I walked in knowing what I wanted. Phill didn’t pressure or try to sell me something bigger, better or more expensive. Hyundai has one of the best warranties in the industry. I purchased a Santa Fe and I love it. I feel like I got an awesome car and a superb deal! Great experience and in would recommend Phil Gomez to anyone looking for a car.
