This being the third Tucson we have purchased from D'Arcy...

This being the third Tucson we have purchased from D'Arcy Hyundai in the past 10 years we obviously have confidence that no matter who we we will be dealing with we will be treated in a professional and friendly manner. This was assured once again with Mike Budzinski being our salesperson. Also Mike Campobasso suggested we take the car to another dealership and compare it side by side to another car we were thinking about at the time. Good thinking for we did compare and clearly choose the Tucson.

I was in for an oil change on my 2018 Tucson and also...

I was in for an oil change on my 2018 Tucson and also needed my tires rotated. Did both and advised that there was a recall on my car. When I had booked the appointment , my original call was to get the recall taken care of. However the lady I spoke with said the part was on back order and they weren't sure when it would be coming in. Said Hyundai was going to be sending out an additional letter regarding the recall. Jason told me the day I came in that he thought they had gotten some of the parts in that day and did I want to get it taken care of? Parts were there and it was nice to get it all done the same day and not worry about getting back to the dealership for the recall. I didn't even say anything to him about it, he informed me that he thought the part might be there. Was a nice surprise and saved me some time.

I am 85 years old and it was time for an oil change on my...

I am 85 years old and it was time for an oil change on my Sonata. I asked John the service what their Virus protocol was. He told me every one was masked and they were spacing appointments to insure spacing in the waiting room . He then offered me valet (pick up and return) service at no additional charge. Everything worked as promised. I would award them 10 stars if I could.
