Good service
Friendly staff, efficient service. I didn’t have to wait for a long time for the service. There was coffee and snack in the waiting room. There was also access to free WiFi.

New Car Purchase
Travis McCloud was honest, courteous and professional. We did shop around and found that DCH had a good price. Also, they did not try to pressure us into buying the car, which is always a very welcome thing when shopping for a car. I did like that Travis called us back and wanted to explore options with us. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and made it one smooth transaction. This is our second car purchase in the last few years at DCH. We keep our cars for ever, but if we are in need of another Toyota, we will definitely go back to DCH.

Great Customer Service
Steven Taveras is knowledgeable and polite when he greeted me. He made sure that my complimentary ride was available and I did not have to wait too long for it to arrive. He kept me informed throughout the day of the process of the recall and offered recommendations that Toyota had found.

Stopped by the dealership to look at a used Toyota based on an internet ad. However, during the negotiation process, sales person increased the price by approximately 5-6K. When asked for itemized breakdown on the cost, there was absolutely no transparency on the additional fees. Left the dealership as could not get a straight answer as to what the additional fees entailed.
