I purchased my car a couple days ago and the whole

I purchased my car a couple days ago and the whole process went well. Anyone i spoke to was very nice and was helpful. Johnny was my salesman and he was very helpful and answered any questions i had, he has a great attitude and made the process go smoothly. The entire process was simple and straightforward.

Service

The wait time was shorter than promised. However, the issue I reported was not corrected. Was told there was not problem, (so I assume no repair) inexplicably the issue seemed to have been resolved for a day then resumed.

Waiting Time Unsatisfactory

I was given a smaller cost on my diagnostic service than I expected. Wait time was unpleasant. Didn't pursue items on my Action Plan because of wait time.

Typically, negotiating a new car purchase is not fun. I'm 70 years old and have done this quite a few times. I finally found the exception to the rule. DCH Brunswick. Client Advisor Johnny Mayfield and Business Manager Ryan Kaminski. Very professional.

Everything is fine except that it takes a little longer(Routine maintenance and replacement of rearview mirrors takes 3 and a half hours)

The new dedicated service center is refreshing and designed very well. To complement, the service staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Before proceeding to diagnosed Diagnosed my 2005 Camry's issue explained very clearly the cost up front ETC. They successfully pinpointed the issue . When finished they texted me in detail the cost ETC.
