The ability to make a service appointment online. That’s it - nothing else. It took 4 hours for an oil change, tires rotation and wiper blades replacement.

Quality, clean, informative, and efficient.
The process from entry until discharge was very efficient, informative and comfortable. My Service advisor, Paul Swenarton offered a pleasant greeting, answered all questions, in a very respectful way. A pleasure to converse with Paul. My technician - Cristian Gonzales was neat, provided a concise video, also completed all of my requests. Both of these men are an excellent example of quality and customer service at DCH. Looking forward to a return with them next service.

Rav4 factory scheduled service
I am able to schedule my service appointment on line, making it easier to plan my day. The service center sends me a video of my cars current condition. They tell me what my repairs will cost so I am not surprised when I show up.
