I live in Minnesota and purchased a car from this dealer that I found online. As a first time online car buyer, it was a bit stressful, never seeing the car or sales team in-person. Overall, I had a positive experience, facilitated by my salesperson, Cindy, who was fantastic. Cindy was extremely responsive, even on her day off (sorry Cindy!!) and kept me updated at every step in the process, sending me pictures and videos of the car. If not for Cindy, this could have been a very stressful process, but she was incredible. The reason for my four star review of the dealership (Not Cindy - She was 10/10) is the delay from wiring the dealership money for the transaction to the finalization of my paperwork. There has to be a better, faster way to complete contract documents than FedEx-ing them back and forth. Overall, I got a great car at a good value.
