Naples INFINITI

Traveled two hours to purchase a used vehicle. While in route to dealership was notified someone else was looking at vehicle. Upon arrival was informed other person had left and not purchased vehicle so continued to move forward with deal. Took very short drive in vehicle told salesman I wanted the vehicle and started process. Suddenly I am told they are going to sell vehicle to person who had left dealership without purchasing because they were repeat customers instead of me. When I asked if there was a contract or deposit on the vehicle I was told no but the previous looker had texted back and changed their mind after I arrived. In my 40+ years of purchasing automobiles I have never had or even heard of this being done. Scott Roland promised to find me another vehicle like the one I was buying within two days and stated he had someone already looking. I now feel this was a method of getting me out of the dealership because one week later and of course not a word. Be careful if traveling to purchase at Naples Infiniti or even purchasing here the word of this dealership means nothing.

I have had an Infinity for over 15 years and I’ve had it serviced at this dealership the whole time. Although I’ve had many service advisors, the most recent one was Dylan Jones. I worked with him for several years and he is the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He is extremely professional and listens to my needs, which are pretty specific given I have disability issues. He has since been promoted to the sales department and I am working with him there to find a new car. In my opinion he is the best kind of sales person. Having worked as a service advisor I know he is extremely knowledgeable about The things that would be important to someone purchasing a car. Most sales people don’t really know The detailed mechanics of a car but in Dylan‘s case his technical knowledge is far superior to any other sales person I’ve ever worked with. He can answer any question about a car and not have to refer to someone in service about technical issues. He knows my specific needs and he personally test drives every car I am interested in to make sure it will meet those needs.He is an incredible listener and wants nothing more than to have a Satisfied customer. He is available anytime 24/7 if I have questions or concerns. One time when I was driving my current car I had some problems and had to pull off to the side of the road. It was a Sunday and I called him on his cell and he picked up immediately.I told him what the problem was and he was able to get me back home safely until the service department could check it out. I can’t imagine anyone else doing that for a customer. I can’t think of going anywhere else or working with anyone else than Dylan at Infinity!
