I purchased my 5th Infiniti from Infiniti of Naples. The cars speak for themselves but my loyalty is to the professional staff that always provides a five star experience. In sales and finance Lux & Antoine always help me and I have to say they work flawlessly together. There is a smooth transition from sales to finance, which traditionally is where the nightmare begins. Lux has helped me with every purchase and makes finance an easy and painless transition. Antoine is professional & thorough in the entire sales process. Scott and Preston are upper management and they come and personally thank you for the business! A rarity when you’re dealing with the assistant general manager and the general manager. All and all I highly recommend Infiniti of Naples:)

I have purchased several of my vehicles from this dealership. Luxon in Finance makes the process smooth and easy. He is personable and cares about you even after the sale! Any questions I have regarding about my vehicle regarding protection and warranty plans he is excellent at guiding me in the right direction. He cares about his people and does a fantastic job as a Finance Manager. I know when I'm ready to purchase a car for my son one day that he will take care of us as usual. Thanks Luxon!

As the saying goes, "some things never change", Naples Infiniti lives up to all the stereotypes of car dealers. I had hoped to have an easy transaction with my vehicle purchase but John and Luxon killed that thought. I'm not sure if they intentionally deceive people or just don't listen to peoples concerns. Needless to say it was frustrating and I would never return. After the sale I became invisible and no one returned my calls to discuss my issue. Even the General Manager ignored my call. Hopefully they learn to treat people with respect and figure out it's not 1985 and the buying public has changed.

Mike and his service team at Naples INFINITI are

Mike and his service team at Naples INFINITI are fantastic. They go the extra mile to make sure your INFINITI is serviced in a timely fashion. I drive all the way from Alva to service my QX80 and they have always made sure I had a loaner available and performed work is top notch. I want to thank the service Advisor Greg for always hearing out my concerns and making sure it is addressed, he is knowledgeable and personable. Wade in parts is very helpful as well and made sure to order the right tires for my Jeep Gladiator and assured the dealership can work on any vehicle not just INFINITI's. This place will always be my go-to as they are honest hard working staff and get business done.
