Our apologies Michael. Even though you were paying cash all customers have to finalize their purchase and registration in the finance department. Unfortunately we were understaffed that day which caused the holdup. Again our apologies.
It was not the service dept but the finance dept that was the problem. I paid cash for the car but still had to wait 1.5 hours from buying decision to driving away. I considered changing my mind and leaving.
