Gerosky - 2018 QX80
Great Experience! Gerosky went above and beyond my expectations and went way out of his way to help me suprise my wife with a new QX80 for our 10th Anniversary. This is the second Infiniti we have bought from him He’s the ultimate professional and you have a client for life as long as he is here.

Jonathan Hidalgo was very helpful and knowledgeable
I came in to get an oil change for my 2015 Q50 and since my lease was soon expiring I took a look in the showroom. Jonathan Hidalgo was very helpful and worked very hard to get me a comparable lease payment on a beautiful new 2018 Q50 . He was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. His mgr. Preston Reeder was also very accomodating and got me the deal that worked for both of us. The dealership exceeded my expectation when I picked up my car and the window was already tinted. It's the best dealership experience I've had in my 30 years of purchasing/leasing cars and would highly recommend their team.

My experience at infiniti was GREAT! Sales person very welcoming, honesty from salesman regarding the SUV I purchased. Very helpful with regards to information regarding the cars. I would definitely refer anyone hat I know to this dealership. I’ve been looking for a car for a couple of months now, and this place was by far the best with customer service and honesty.

Sales and service excellence
Very impressed with Gerosky and the service staff. Purchased a used 2017 Infinity QX80. Felt I received a good value and very generous trade in allowance on trade in. No pressure sale but one of solid facts that supported our purchase decision. Dealership serviced our previous Infinity QX56 correcting a problem that had persisted for over 80,000 Miles the former dealer could not correct. The problem occurred and was documented prior to reaching 36,000 Miles. Repairs were made by this dealer and I was walked through on the reimbursement process for 100% if the repair expense. Staff has always been courteous, fair and professional. Very pleased with the new facility in Naples. First class.
