First of all, what a beautiful showroom on Naples Blvd in Fla. We met our client advisor almost immediately upon arrival! Gerosky Sainvil is the salesperson you want to have with you when you purchase a new vehicle. Gerosky is a true professional; he listens , and answers all your questions. He has a complete understanding of the Infinity product and knows how to impart it to the customer. Not to mention he has an excellent sense of humor!! Needless to say we purchased the 2019 Infinity Q50!!! We then received the most comprehensive tutorial on the car by Gerosky that I have ever received upon buying a car! Gerosky is thorough, knowledgeable personable and an asset to the Infinity organization! I also want to say thank you to Luxor, the financial advisor. Luxon has a very calm and professional demeanor and was also a positive reflection on the Infinity organization

What an amazing experience we had exploring the Infinity brand. Cullen (salesman) was well versed on the entire range answering many technical and configuration questions. I also liked the glass wall in the service bay, allowing you to see the technicians working on your car! (This is s 1st...I’ve never seen this before!). I was nice to be able to see the full range of vehicles on the lot and experience all of the colors first hand...you have to see the Red in person it breath taking. But I have to say the best part of our visit was the our sales person Cullen he had great customer service skills. He made us feel at home, Thanks for a rememberable experience!

I knew that I wanted a QX80. I was at the beginning of my search, and I saw the "one" online at Naples Infiniti. My husband stopped by to inquire. When he got there he met John, and John informed him that it was sent to auction. John pulled some strings, and had it back on the lot for us the following morning. We test drove it, and fell in love. We didn't purchase it that day. As a matter of fact, we waited a week, and a week later it was sent back to auction. John promised that he would get it back for us, and he did. He's a man of his word, and a great no pressure salesman to work with. I don't plan on getting a new car anytime soon, but when I do I hope to see John again. John and his associates are extremely friendly and professional.
