Great experience,great service,professional salesman!

Great sales service!

Love my new Infiniti!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

My car was totaled in a car accident so I had to immediately replace my car which was not something I looked forward to given the poor car buying experiences I've had in the past. However, much to my surprise, From my initial dealings via email with Anthony to my meeting with Luxon in the Sales showroom and then finally Preston coming in to help finalize my purchase, I found the Team at Bonita Infinity to be top notch- professional, responsive, communicative, transparent and totally Customer focused. I run my own Business with 100+ employees and the people at Bonita Infinity exhibit the exact culture that I strive to create in my people. I highly recommend Bonita Infinity.

Amazing service!

I was in a bind and needed a new car asap. Service rep John Lawson helped me out tirelessly. Every time we hit a dead end he kept trying to get me a new car. He didn't let up. Finally he was able to make something happen to get me in the car I loved at a great deal. He really went above and beyond for me. I'm truly grateful. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 10/10!

Great Client/Customer Relationship

This is my third vehicle from Bonita Spring Infinity. My salesman was Bryan Nietz and I also was assisted by Scott Roland. Both these individuals are very professional, they listen to what your needs are. I reside on the East Coast, and make this trip to Bonita Springs for our vehicles, they speaks volume of what I think of these two individuals, and the dealership. Great experience

The best car dealer experience I have ever had.

I had been shopping at a different Infiniti dealership which was more local to where I lived and after months of constant bait and switch and numbers game, I almost purchased from that dealer until, on a whim, and still in the back of mind feeling like I wasn't getting the best deal and treatment, I called Bonita Springs Infiniti and in less than 30 minutes, I got a BETTER deal in a BETTER model car. Brian, my sales guy, set everything up over the phone that I literally had to just go down to the dealership, sign my name on the papers and I drove off with my NEW car... which I am so in love with. I definitely recommend Bonita Springs Infiniti. Thank you a hundred times over.
