We were looking at the possibility of a new automobile purchase and perusing them online when Anthony Blasini reached out to us from Bonita Springs INFINITI with an invitation to stop in. Originally we were leaning toward a BMW he had there but after meeting Anthony and talking about the different INFINITI models our focus changed. Anthony knows his product and features and was able to introduce us to a model that fit our needs perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our 2018 Qx30 AWD vehicle and the knowledge that we are in good hands at this dealership.We traded a 2014 Mercedes E350 and I particularly liked the amenity similarities that I was used to with the new Qx30. This is my eighth Infinity I have leased and it was by far the best experience to date. The others were memorable as well however, both Antoine and Preston worked with me over the last few weeks to make it happen. They understand my needs, my buying habits and my budget. The sale consisted of a lease turn in and I was hesitant to turn the b vehicle early because it was such a great car. I am a huge fan of the brand and they both explained in detail the value and savings I was receiving as it is a vehicle that featured more accessories than I have had in the past. Preston and Anthony were great!!! Outstanding service from start to finish . Very honest and professional. Anthony as promised had vehicle cleaned and all paperwork ready . It was a forty- eight min. process from the time we arrived at dealership to the time we departed . They didn't play any games . They waited after their normal business hours for my wife and me to drive 2 1/2 hours to make purchase . Really good guys !!! I would consider making drive again on my next car purchase.

Jonathan looked for the exact model, color and packages we wanted, then sent us a written quote with all the fees. No funny business. We thought we would have to spend hours negotiating. The numbers were right on target with Consumer Reports, Edmunds, and US News for a great deal on the vehicle and all in writing. Then when we arrived, he had all the paperwork ready and even beat the Carmax trade-in appraisal for our old vehicle. Jonathan consistently went out of his way to value our time, be honest, and work hard to get the best deal possible. Complete professionalism from the first phone call to the final departure off the lot. He spent time reviewing all the important new safety features even after all the papers were signed. We visited several other dealerships over the past 3 weeks including another Infiniti and there is no comparison - we found rude, pushy, gruff and less-than-honest sales people which unfortunately ruins the shopping experience for everyone. Buying a new car should be a great day that you always remember and can tell your whole family about around a big barbeque- and it definitely was for us, thank you Jonathan and Bonita Springs Infinity!

What a pleasure to purchase a vehicle at Bonita Springs Infiniti! Anthony Blasini, our sales rep, was friendly and cheerful and knew all the details of the various Infiniti models. In my past experiences with buying a car with other dealers, negotiating the purchase price has been a struggle, and I've been aggravated and frustrated at the sneaky sales techniques they employed. Not so here. The staff is fair and courteous, and we quickly reached a price we were both happy with. We looked at both the QX 60 and 80, and while the 80 was very tempting, decided to purchase the 60. Although the car is two years old, it looks brand new because of the dealership's excellent cleaning and refurbishing. A small tear in the leather is being fixed now at their expense. We are tinting the windows at the dealership and will receive a loaner car while the work is being done. Terrific!
