Incredible Internet buying experience!

I discovered Bonita Springs Infiniti while searching for a low mileage pre-owned Range Rover Sport. Anthony Blasini immediately responded to my request for more information on his listing, and stayed in touch over several weeks while I continued my search. He offered the absolute best deal that I could possibly find on the Internet. The car was also the exact color combo I wanted with all the options on my list. I flew from Charlotte, NC to Florida on a Friday afternoon to purchase this vehicle, but my flight was delayed several hours. No worries....Anthony was there first thing Saturday morning to meet me at the dealership. The car was EXACTLY as Anthony described down to every minor detail. No surprises....detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas for my road trip back to NC. Corri Kolling was also fantastic in handling the transaction and paperwork. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience!

Very pleased Infiniti Owner

Steve the service manager was terrific. He explained everything and the service moved along smartly. I was in and out in no time. Parts needed to be ordered and I wasn't even home when Steve called to say they were on their way and scheduled my follow-up appointment. Great place! Great staff!

Extraordinary work to so car fully exceeds expectations

We purchased an Infinity G37 that had been leased previously. It was in very good condition but our salesperson, Luxon Estiverne and the service department went above and beyond our expectations in making the car tip top! My hat is off to Bonita Springs Infiniti, Mr Estiverne and the Service department. I think they just made a new lifetime customer!!

Not the same ole dealership!

Mr. Lawson is an amazing person and an asset to the Infiniti Team. He welcomed us at the door and made us feel at ease. We expected pushy, especially since it was, not only end of the month, but end of the year. We did not get that at all, not once. He listened, and was patient and understanding of our needs. The dealership allowed us the time we needed to think about what was best for our family, and we thank them for that. Great place to purchase a vehicle!! Highly recommended because of Mr. Lawson. Thank you John, you have proven to us that not all car salesmen are out to take advantage of the customer, and, that some do "put the customer first." Praying for blessings for you and your family.

2017 Q60

Let me start by saying BSI was not my Home Dealer and that I had grown accustomed to Five Star service through previously owning a 2013 G37 Coupe and 2014 Q60. I approached the team over at BSI with high expectations, but I must say they exceeded them 10 fold. They got me EXACTLY what I wanted and did so timely and with essentially zero inconvenience. However, one salesperson I highly recommend, in particular, is Anthony Blasini. Let me give you an example: Anthony drove an identical model to the one I had ordered all the way down from BSI to Downtown Naples in order to bring me the paperwork at my office. I was blown away by Anthony's desire to make the process as convenient and enjoyable for me as possible. I now consider him a personal friend, and hope that he remains at BSI and continues to work his way through the ranks, so that I may have the pleasure of dealing with him again in the future.

BEST CAR buying experience EVER, thanks to Preston Reeder

I drove many new cars, but I loved the Infiniti Q50! The entire experience was amazing; FAST, NO PRESSURE, KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES TEAM, POLITE, GREAT SERVICE, NO ANNOYING CALLS, EXCELLENT STAFF WITH INTEGRITY!!! They offered me a bottle of water on the spot,, made me feel at home, and not at all like other car dealers. This was THE BEST car purchasing experience I have ever had in my life!! I met with Naheem, and Preston and quickly Naheem had cars and SUVS waiting for me to drive. I feel in love with the Q50 and went back a few days later to drive it again. No pushy sales people, friendly service, met several staff members, they are very friendly and made me feel like royalty! Got great financing on the spot, and the dealership delivered my NEW CAR to my office!! When Naheem delivered my car, he had all the papers for me to sign and went over all the features of my new car. Honestly, I have never had such honest, wonderful service at a car dealership! Preston and Naheem were a text message away, as I run a busy business and don't have time to make calls. Very fast response with answers to all my questions. Preston called me the day after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my decision. I stopped by the dealership tonight to ask a few questions on some of the new technology and they came out and showed me how to use it immediately. I must say, they went way beyond my expectations, and I will stay with this dealership for many years to come. I love driving my new car, and buying a car has never been this hassle free, easy and FUN! Great team effort and they have even offered to come to my residence to help me set up the garage door opening feature. Really....AMAZING! YES, I would recommend Bonita Infinit to anyone who wants to be treated fairly, and actually enjoy buying a car instead of dreading it. Not to mention, ( I better mention this part) I got a great price on my new 2017 Q50~!!! Love driving again!

Car buying experience with Anthony

I chosecthis dealership due to the fact they had a Certified Preowned QX50 with low mileage I was looking for. Anthony followed uo with me, as did Preston. The process took longer than I would have liked, however, I am extremely pleased with my new Infiniti 2016. Thank you Bonita Infiniti
