A PLEASURABLE BUYING EXPERIENCE

My total overall experience dealing with the staff at Bonita Springs Infinii was a joy! Great people that take the sometime painful, drawn-out process by simplifiying the buying transaction. I was greeted instantly with a smile and a possitive attitude, not by the sales staff initially, but by the General Manager himself, Scott Roland. You could tell right from the start that this would be a pleasant transaction because Scott's attitude and mentality reflected not about one sale, but the long term relationship that he wants to build with new clients in the area. You can tell Scott is dedicated to the growth and vision of the dealership and will continue to be a great asset to the owner's of Bonita Springs Infiniti. Scott then introduced me to my Sales Consultant, John Lawson, who truly cares about finding the right vehicle that best suits your lifestyle and budget, not what best suits him! He takes the time and has excellent patience in listening to what the client wants. He reviews the many options and features each vehicle has so that the buyer can make an informed decision. John doesn't hassle you because he also, wants to build his book by providing outstanding customer service so that when it comes to buying another vehicile down the road, or have personal contacts that are looking for a new car, you think of him first! To be honest, I had planned on visiting several other dealerships because I was undecided on what I wanted, but I knew after dealing with John and Scott that I wanted to do business with them because I liked their professionalism and character. John is a very happy, upbeat employee and I have no doubt that you will enjoy dealing with John when it comes time to purchasing your new vehicle. I challenge anyone that's lookng for a new car to make sure you take the time to make one more stop, or even better, like myself, make it your first stop when beginning the buying process. You won't be dissapointed! As far as price goes and the whole back and forth negotiation that we know happens when buying a new vehicle, FORGET IT! Find the car that you're happy with and tell them what you can afford. This team will work with you to make sure your business stays with them! Finally, when it came time to do the paperwork for the transaction, I dealt with a very friendly and pleasant Finance Manager, Corrin Kamla Kolling. She had all the paperwork ready to go and she respected my time rather than drag out the process by pushing a bunch of extra add-ons. She wouldn't be doing her if she didn't mention the great services they offer, but she knew I was under time constraints and simply told me to come back and see her if I'd like to add certain features to the sale. Thank you Bonita Springs Infiniti for a job well done! You deserve to have Sunday's off : )

Excellent service and after care.....

John Lawson did an excellent job throughout the entire leasing experience of our new QX50 Infiniti. He patiently explained to us all our options, and helped us to arrive at a decision that suited our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend John, and Bonita Springs Infiniti, to our many friends and family.

Love Our New Infinity QX60!!

John Lawson did an excellent job helping us choose our new QX60. He even stayed overtime to help us complete the lease transaction so we could take the car with us that day. Everyone we met in the sales and service departments were very professional and friendly. Thanks, John, for a pleasant car buying experience!

Great leasing experience

I purchased my 4 Infinity from Bonita Springs Infinity. My salesman was John Lawson who did a great job from me. I did not have a lot of time and was only available on a Saturday. John and I spoke on phone worked out details and visited dealership and was out within hour. Pleasurable experience. I was introduced to General Manager and new Service Manager.

Outstanding Buying Experience

Stopped by the dealership for information on my JX35 lease that was about to expire and check on my options for an eventual new lease, with really no intention to do anything immediately. I was greeted initially by Bryan Neitz who made me aware of all my available options. Together with Scott Roland and Anthony Blasini they worked on a deal on a new 2016 QX60 that fully met my expectations and made it impossible not to accept it. Their very efficient and straight forward approach allied to a friendly and helpful staff, made this purchase a great and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Bonita Springs Infiniti to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great service

Lux and his general manager Scott were great to work with very attentive and professional. Lux actually listen to what our needs were and he delivered. We love our new QX50.
