Overall excellent service and price. However, I received a telephone call one day prior to the appointment advising that a loaner car was not available. Upon arriving at the dealership there were a number of apparent loaner cars quite visibly parked on the grounds. No explanation was offered as to why they were unavailable.

A visit for service is always a good experience. ...

A visit for service is always a good experience. Everyone is so friendly, the service my car needs is always explained (patiently) to me. I can have a cup of coffee and a cookie and relax while my car is getting "spa" treatment. Dave, one of the the mechanics, explained the updates to me and I left in a clean car feeling very secure in the performance of my automobile. Thank you everyone!!!

My Infiniti G37 convertable would not start on Saturday...

My Infiniti G37 convertable would not start on Saturday afternoon. Called the national roadside service. they arrived within 30minutes.Started car then I drove to the dealership. I had called ahead and they were waiting for me.Tony had me in a rental and out the door in ten minutes.Called twenty minutes later to say I could pick the car up Sunday morning. Best customer service I have ever had with any dealer. I mean by far the best. Just teriffic. Tony is unbelievable... Chuck

My wife and I retired two years ago and stay in Naples for 3 months. Based on our experience at your dealership we will return next year. You have a professional staff, immaculate service department, and service at the highest level. Being in business for over 30 years with the total focus on the customer success will happen automatically.

My wife and I entered Germain to buy an M37,but due to the extraordinary product knowledge of Chad Nesselhauf, we drove away in a JX35. This is because Chad did an exceptional job of matching the right car to my wife's needs. Miguel and Mike were a pleasure to deal with to close the transaction, as were the service and support folks to make it happen. Karen was truly exceptional in getting us the exact car we wanted from another dealer. The people of Germain match the Infiniti brand---5 star.

My husband and I went to the Germain Infiniti dealership...

My husband and I went to the Germain Infiniti dealership in Bonita Springs on a Saturday afternoon to look at the Infiniti JX. From the research we did we were almost certain we wanted to buy this vehicle but wanted to see the vehicle in person before we made a final decision. We went in and Joe greeted us and was very friendly. He showed us all of the features and benefits and give us all details on the vehicle. Before we could move forward with the purchase I needed to obtain details on my current car loan, so we decided we would reconnect on Monday. I reached out to Joe on Monday letting him now that I had the details on the current loan and that we could move forward with pricing. I asked for specific information on the lease pricing for the JX and he replied he was with a customer and would get back to me shortly. I didn’t receive a response from him until later that night stating he was with a customer and would get me the information the next day. Well in short I waited until Wednesday (2 days) and never received the information from him. I just kept getting messages stating how busy he was with customers. Well wasn’t I customer, apparently not to him. I decided to email his manager Miguel for the information and through a series of many, many emails or miscommunications as Miguel called it, I finally got the information. At this point it was all a too little too late. I emailed Infiniti of Ft Myers that Wednesday as well and they were able to provide me with all of the information, pricing and quotes in the matter of 20 minutes. Now that’s customer service!! In the end I ended up driving a little further and paying a little more because quality customer service was more important to me then convenience. I will NEVER recommend this dealership or any Germain dealership to anyone and actually will warn and advise everyone I know to stay away. But I do HIGHLY recommend Infiniti of Ft Myers.

Professional, friendly service that went above and beyond. A busy commuting schedule made it difficult to coordinate my new vehicle pick-up. So, Chad Nesselhauf volunteered to deliver the vehicle to the Ft. Myers parking lot hours before my arrival, texted me the exact location and the hand-off was complete. That's what I call exceeding expectations!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre owned Infiniti G37...

I recently purchased a Certified Pre owned Infiniti G37 Coupe from Germain Infiniti. My first contact was with the internet sales rep Carlos De Santos, he responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. Our salesman Joe Hernandez was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful and made our buying experience "truly exceptional." As this vehicle was pre owned there were some minor issues to be addressed, this was scheduled through Adriana Chacon VanBuren. They set me up with a one day loaner car and took care of everything. All in All a great team of people to deal with. If you need a new or pre owned car see them first, you won't be disappointed.
