We bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica van fully loaded in September of 2024. They had told us at the time that everything would be checked and everything worked great. They also told us that our extended warranty that we bought was bumperd-to-bumper pretty much if anything happened. So because of our cooler summer earlier this year we had never tried the air conditioner. We left in June to go to Florida six of us in the vehicle fully packed with all of our stuff and the air conditioning did not work. Came back home a week later called Bob rohrman Kia and was told that we had The warranty on it so it should be covered and to bring it in this last Tuesday. Took it in and was told that we may have to pay the cost to diagnose it we told them at the time we did not have the money that day so if we had to have money that day we would have to reschedule. He said we'll check your warranty it may all be covered and I said it should be because it was supposed to have been working when we bought it and it wasn't. Three hours later he comes out and says your AC will cost around $2,000 to fix it is not covered by warranty and we owed $180 some dollars that day for the diagnosis. I said I told you we didn't have any money today we would reschedule if it was going to cost he said well we have this payment plan thing that you can apply for to pay for that and then you make payments on it. I went with the 3 months plan so I could pay that off quickly then was told will you still owe $93 today I had to call my daughter to have her give me her credit card number to pay for that money because I had told them I didn't have it. I went back to the service department and I complained that the whole situation was ridiculous and everything should have been covered to get that fixed because it was supposed to have been running when we bought the Van. They said they couldn't do anything about it I would have to talk to a GM representative and they were in a meeting at that time I asked them to have them call me and they said they would do that and nobody ever called me. When we bought the vehicle it was my mom and I I'm 60 and she is 80 and I feel like we were taking advantage of on this whole situation. That air should have been working and it wasn't so it should have been covered by Bob rohrman. Would not recommend buying from them ever. If you do be careful and check everything very carefully because they totally lied about the warranty and everything The warranty they gave us was not the warranty that they told us they were going to give us. Buyers beware

Great service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They listen to you and make you feel comfortable. There quickness to make sure the shop and customers are all satisfied if beyond amazing.

Bought the car new, had many issues Communication
Bought the car new, had many issues Communication overall is laughable. Suggest going elsewhere, a dealership who will back their product and try to assist in making things right rather than push you aside

On time. Done correctly. Pricing was fair. Ordered part was in on time. Facility is always clean including the bathrooms. I was watching the technician through the glass, he seemed to be very professional doing his job.

first oil change, technician did not catch a bubble on a brand new Perelli tire. Bob Rohrman dealership refused to make it good. Took car to Terre Haute that dealer wouldn't help us either but while we were standing there talking to the service manager, they got three parentheses THREE parentheses calls regarding bad Perelli tires on K5 cars. Who in the xxxx is gonna take responsibility for this?

My honest opinion?
My honest opinion? Snakes trying to take advantage of people. Took my car in for a recall to fix the smart junction because of the faulty turn signal. I also asked them if that?s the issue with why the left running light wasn?t working. It wasn?t the bulb because I replaced that. They tried to convince me it was the smart junction box and it was going to cost me $635.72 for the box and $170 for the first hour. I said no way, I?ll figure it out even though I am not even close to being a mechanic. Turns out, it wasn?t the box at all. It was the trailer wiring that was shorting. I literally unplugged it and the lights are working. It would have cost me a grand and it wasn?t even the problem. No critical thinking. Took me a couple hours to find a wiring diagram and a few YouTube videos but I got it. Never going back to these lawless criminals again. Facilities are great, but the mechanics are dummies. Looks like they spend all their money on looks and not talent.
