After waiting for 2 years, I finally bit the bullet and decided to purchase a car. I could not have been more fortunate than to have had the pleasure of working with Loreal. She made the entire process painless. Her poise, easy going style, and athenticity completely eased my anxiety about spending such a large amount of money. I really liked how she explained each portion of the process and gave me time to think through things without feeling rushed. I'm lowkey OCD and came with a ton of questions. Loreal was so good, both my brother and father became interested in purchasing a car through Hertz and working with her directly. I am super happy with my 2015 Altima and plan to drive it for years to come. If you're looking at purchasing from Hertz, I suggest you work with Loreal, hands down.

She greeted us with a warm smile, answered our questions and we found the perfect car for our family. From the excellent customer service we've received, I've recommended Hertz to many others.

Working with Loreal was a very positive experience! As I knew what specific car I had in mind to purchase she coordinated with me throughout the day in a very timely fashion and then had the car cleaned, brought to the front of the lot, and gas tank filled for me at my arrival. She was very knowledgeable for all of our questions and provided a great service. My family definitely hopes to work with her in the future! The only negative during the whole experience was of my own fault with insurance company difficulties.

I went there after a week of exhausting car shopping. I regret waiting that long to go to this place, they had what i wanted(2015 Altima) in a reasonable price .
