Routine oil change under warranty.
Routine oil change under warranty. Young man in parts dept very helpful as was last person who took me to my car and made sure car was dry from car wash and ready to go! Unfortunately I do not remember names of the 2 employees.

Over the years, I have owned 30 some new cars.
Over the years, I have owned 30 some new cars. Mini's Service Department is so far and away the best ever. They're the reason I've been driving Mini's since 2012 and will continue to do so. They are courteous, thoughtful, provide loaners when needed, do a great job of explaining what's needed before performing the service and provide very transparent pricing. Scott and Steve are the most outstanding Service Advisors I have ever encountered. kudos to all!
