This is my second time taking my car in for service at this Mini Cooper location. The site is clean, organized, and the employee representatives are friendly and welcoming. I was given a full and comprehensive report of my car and what services were needed during the hour and a half it was being looked at. When everything was done I drove away in a completely cleaned/washed mini! 😊

I have been coming to this dealership for 3 years and the service has been amazing. I can always count on the staff to take off my mini Cooper starting with the receptionist that meet you as you are entering the service station. The service agent Andrew is fantastic on completing your service request and keeping you informed / videos on services being performed. MINI of STL has the best dealer service and i’ve owned 3, one new, 2 previously owned. New is great but when they go over a 13 year old used vehicle and tell you its a gem, you build confidence in the brand and in the serv ice department
