The culture at MINI STL is second to none. The car buying experience was no thrills and no surprises like other dealers we’ve worked with in the past. DeAnna made our experience pleasant and her work ethic should be emulated as best-in-class. Financing also was seamless, and working with Holly was a breeze - again with no surprises. Mini of St. Louis was very easy to work with. The service department was very professional in all aspects from the initial contact, explaining the repairs needed, making the repairs and final checkout. The communications throughout were great. Really nice to have a dealer that communicates as well as they do.

This service department is the reason I've been driving
This service department is the reason I've been driving Mini's since 2012. These people listen and provide prompt and professional answers and service. The loaner I requested was waiting for me. It was a 4-wheel drive Countryman S and may be my wife's next car. Kudos to all of you!
