Mini of St Louis is the most fun place to visit!
Mini of St Louis is the most fun place to visit! All the beautiful, colorful autos! The staff is very happy to be working there. I am on my 4th Mini and cannot imagine driving anything else. Sam Hard has been there for me with the leases and sale. Service Managers....I forget your names...but you are terrific! They also have the best coffee machine around while you are waiting....which will not be long! The Showroom floor is full of Mini Coopers that you will love and good luck picking your color! It is very difficult as they are all beautiful. Thank you, Mini of St Louis, for making it fun and easy to own a Mini Cooper!

Sales/buying experience with Deanna Gossman was very
Sales/buying experience with Deanna Gossman was very relaxed, professional, fun, helpful, easy. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. I could not thank Deanna enough for her personable and genuine nature. Service department also great overall. Arman very helpful. Communication great and timely. However, I brought my car in for oil change and state inspection. Within a couple hours, I was notified the car would need an engine timing change repair. I authorized further diagnostic work and was aware of the hourly labor rate and the time required for the diagnostic work. Once informed of the need for 5500 dollars worth of repairs, I told the crew to halt repair. I was disappointed to learn that the oil change and inspection proceeded thereafter and thus was charged for these services on a car that clearly was not going to be driven since I had refused the engine repair. I proceeded to trade in for a new car and received 500 dollars for the trade, while still being held accountable for the 700 dollars in charges to the service department. Scott Braun was made aware of my discontent and simply stated that that was between me and the service department. Needless to say, this felt dismissive to me. In my desire to keep the sale a most pleasant experience, I did not explore this discontent further at the time. As a fourth time buyer of a new mini from this dealership, I felt this was poor customer service and did harm to our future relationship. Thank you for allowing me to express this dissatisfaction. My intent is for the dealership to learn from this practice.

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience. We understand your discontent with the trade in offer. It is unfortunate that the timing chain issue was there, it is quite costly and we cannot take the vehicle for trade-in/resale in that condition without drastically reducing the trade-in value. We have discussed the matter with Scott B so that he works on delivering bad news to our customers a little better and that he knows he can work with the Service Manager to smooth out these types of hiccups. We appreciate you very much and apologize for the uneasy feeling this caused. Our customers mean the world to us and we are glad we have customers who care, like you, that just want us to keep getting better:)

I purchased a mini in Florida and drove it to St.
I purchased a mini in Florida and drove it to St. Louis to surprise my wife. I had an oil light go on, so I take it to the mini dealership. Holy crap it was 3 quarts low.. I think it takes only 4 qts. When I asked how much I owed them they said zero. They do this as a service. How else may I help you!!!??? Are you kidding me? I then received the best advice from an advisor. He looked at my key and pulled up information of the vehicle and gave me prices of the recommended service and said he would gladly give my wife a loaner vehicle. I AM BESIDE MYSELF!!!! Best service experience in the history of ever!!! Unbelievable!!!! Thank you Mini of St. Louis.

Unfortunately what I expect from a dealership.
Unfortunately what I expect from a dealership. All about the sale, not about the follow through. They never mailed the title of the vehicle to us as promised(they wanted to wait for funds to clear). After waiting a few weeks we called to check on what was taking them so long(funds cleared in 48hrs from sale). They said it was sitting on a desk at the dealership. Now we'll probably have late registration fees due to their negligence as we're rushing to get tax/title/registration completed. Since we couldn't spend 4hrs at the dealer that day with family events. The Mini Dealer said we could stop back the following weekend after purchase. We showed up that Saturday, dropped it off. Said it would take ~1hr... and after 3 hrs at the dealer when we came back hadn't finished it. They said it was because we got bumped to another car selling that day. We could come back another weekend to have it done. That's more time/money to drive across the city for something that should've been done right the first time. Bill was great, everything thereafter brought up memories of why I stay away from dealerships when I can. PS: We're now taking the vehicle purchased into the Mazda dealer for warranty work. The vehicle began to exhibit front end suspension pops 2 days after taking it home. When I inquired at the Mini dealer what service was performed while it was there. They mentioned an alignment was performed. More than likely something wasn't torqued to spec. Probably nothing serious, but an annoyance that continues on with the theme of the my experience there.

Thank you for your purchase of a Pre-Owned Mazda from our dealership. Bill tried diligently calling several times about your title paperwork and to stay in communication with you. When you arrived that Saturday, it was later than expected and we were unfortunately extremely busy with spot deliveries. We tried to get your vehicle cleaned as quickly as possible as an extra service to you for needing to come back for paperwork. As for the warranty, yes, your Mazda is still under manufacturers warranty and should you have any issues, we would suggest a visit to your nearest Mazda dealer. Please be careful of potholes, they can play havoc on wheels and suspensions. My personal vehicle experienced a similar sound after I was unable to avoid one, my tire needed to be replaced. We do care about our customers after the sale and do follow through to the best of our abilities. We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you have any further questions or issues that we may be able to help with, please let us know. We wish you and your family well and hope you have a happy Holiday!

Bill Harada is a delight to work with for new or pre-owned sales. This was my fifth Mini since 2005 but the first pre-owned. Service and Parts departments are top notch. Happy to be back in the Mini family! It feels like coming home.
