Arman Dzafic is a gem - polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about Minis. While it takes time to service a car I actually look forward to coming to Mini of St. Louis. I know my Mini servicing to tops. While living in southern Florida we were not as satisfied by the service there - mainly did not feel like they knew Minis.

Arman Dzafic is the best service advisor I have ever encountered. He takes the time to answer all questions and demonstrate how complicated Mini controls, buttons and knobs work. One trait that is very unique is his ability to remember your name when you walk into the dealership. This means a lot and tells you that you are welcome inside and that you have value. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. Mini is lucky to have him.
