My wife was really excited of getting her second Mini. We went to Mini of St. Louis, and we had Bill Harada as our salesperson he was a very nice only thing is he cannot keep a promise when he makes one. The sales manager Neil Westfall is full of himself and arrogantly rude!!! We are in a market where there are more customers than cars but remember Neil this sellers' market is temporary!! We paid deposit on our car and got it 5 months later. Neil was trying to provoke me when we were there to pay for our vehicle into a confrontation. I asked him to leave us alone and he continued to try and get a confrontation. When I brought this up to Matt Fiero the finance manager and told him that we would be making a negative review he said it would only reflect more negative on the salesperson. IF YOU CAN AVOID MINI OF ST. LOUIS I WOULD. THERE ARE OTHER MINI DEALERS AND AT THIS MOMENT THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

As for your husband taking the time to write this awful review in your name, we also felt that it was an awkward and uncomfortable experience working with him. We understand it all started over a key ring that escalated from there and your husband clearly did not want Neil, our General Sales Manager, to step in while trying to understand why he was acting so agitated. For over 20 years, we have dedicated ourselves to providing excellent care and service to our customers. We sincerely wish the interaction between our staff and your husband could have been better, we thank you again and wish you all the best.
No, my husband was not agitated he was annoyed at that a simple promise made by the salesman could not be kept. He got agitated when the sales manager kept trying to provoke him, even when he asked him to leave him alone.

Arman is an amazing representative for the Dealership and the Mini brand. Wow! He is so polite, thoughtful, and inspires trust from the moment you bring him your car and your problem. Mini of St Louis is such a great dealer because of its people. The cars are great and the employees are exceptional. And that’s why I’m now on my third Mini Cooper!

I’ve gotten to know Arman over the years and always look forward to hearing about his growing family! Thank you for the feedback. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. At the time your vehicle was initially checked in for repair you mentioned that the timing chain was repaired at another facility and from there the vehicle sat for roughly 2 years. You wanted us to check the vehicle’s timing chain and for running issues. Thankfully the vehicle had no current faults and no check engine light was on during service. An older misfire code was present in history but again, thankfully, no issues currently within this system. We did advise you that water pump pulley was failing and the oil filter housing was leaking coolant, so you did authorize the repair of these items. Arman spoke to you prior to leaving the dealership and informed you of several additional issues that were still present in the vehicle. At that time you did decline any further repairs and stated the vehicle is a second daily driver and that you were not concerned about those issues right now. The next day you called to say that the battery light had come. Arman spoke to you and stated that you could bring it in to have it diagnosed. Again you mentioned that you were not worried about it and that you will be likely be getting rid of the car. Arman’s offer to diagnose the battery still stands if you would like to take him up on it. Again thank you for the feedback and comments.

Found and fixed the issue promptly and held an open line of communication throughout. I feel like the repairs and customer service were well worth the money.
