MINI of St. Louis

Bill Harada was awesome. He really knows his stuff. He's very laid back, and his no pressure sales style was greatly appreciated. He was also very prompt in replying to us. He took very good care of us and the car we bought. We highly recommend Mini of St Louis, and make sure to ask for Bill. You won't be disappointed.

Incredible service. Aa soon as I pulled into the service garage I was immediately met with an attendant. The rep I had scheduled time with came out to meet me personally as I was handing off my keys despite me being earlier than expected. Every mechanic, tech, and representative was friendly and efficient. I can't thank Bill and Todd enough for this experience-- it really has set the bar high.

This was my first visit too Mini of St Louis. Everyone was very welcoming and answered all my questions that I had on the current service and future service of my vehicle. Arman took the time to go over the inspections that were completed and what I could expect in the future.
