The most fabulous thing about becoming a MINI owner is my beautiful 2020 MINI Clubman. The second ...is meeting Bill Harada at MINI of ST Louis! From my first email sent to the last wave as I drove away, Bill took such good care of me - I simply can not imagine ever purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Period.

I will say this first experience was wonderful. I blew a tire on I-64W and called for help the tire on Mini is type that you drive under 50mph I arrived at dealership Arman. Took care of us and then sent me a video all fixed up. I had the best experience ever and I don’t live in St. Louis area. WOW!!
