We were there at our appointment time and took our car in, sitting in the lobby and then being told that they don't have the part. We live an hour away. They did not notify us prior to the appointment that they did not have the parts of the we could reschedule.

Good new car buying experience
Good experience, fair pricing and the sales process did not take very long. This was the 3rd car we bought from Nelson Mazda and we will buy from them in the future.

Great service
The dealer took great care to communicate while our 3 was being repaired. It took some time as parts were back ordered but they provided a loaner and we knew what ro expect. Highly recommended.

I will never shop for a car anywhere else. I left Nelson Mazda Cool Springs with my 4th vehicle last night! Every time I shop for a new vehicle, they make it happen. I never feel pressured to buy.. they truly want the best for me. I have great rapport with my sales team. Cassie is amazing. She has helped me get the cars I want within my budget. I can’t thank her enough. Patrick is also great. He supports the team and gives them what they need to make the customers happy. This is my family. I love each and every one of them. Service
I received an email from Nelson Mazda about $10 off service if a service appointment was made online. I made the appt online and had the service performed by mechanic Chris - who is GREAT. After getting home, I noticed that the $10 discount had not been applied to the service bill. It is possible that the discount was “built into” the price. If it was, this was not mentioned while sliding the charge card through. A couple days later, I tried calling service about the promotion twice during business hours and no one answered. Also, I sent an email to Devin about this; I got no response. The next day, I called again and yet again to speak with a receptionist who routed my call to service. Again, no answer. Finally, I texted my salesperson, Cassie McCabe, (GREAT conscientious employee) and asked her to have service call me which she promptly did. Someone called within minutes. I asked about the discount and was told, “I’ll have to check with my service manager to see if that’s possible and call you back.” It’s been almost a week and I’ve heard nothing. I find it odd that a Nelson service rep would have to check on a $10 discount if the email offer came from Nelson Mazda. However, I don’t know the protocol. If the discount was built into the price of the service, it might have been nice to get an email or callback saying, “This was already applied to your bill.” or “Hey we missed that. Here’s the promotional discount off your $227 service bill. This was the fourth service performed at Nelson. Overall, a good dealership. All information in this message is factually sound.

I have been to three Dealers - Austin, Naples and Cool Springs. By far, Nelson is the nicest, most efficient and knowledgeable of the three. Dealerships.

Unorganized and Unprofessional
Used car experience 6/21 -22/19: *arrived on a Friday to begin paperwork, hoping to minimize time that may be spent completing the "car buying" process; the employee was not properly trained, very polite, but NOT trained *management fake and disengaged. there seemed to be computer issues and we were "held hostage" for hours!!!! I offered to bring my laptop inside to use. *new salesperson was struggling on all fronts with no noticeable assist from management *We sent the Marta information to the email address on the salesperson's card but the email kept kicking back. After this happened 2 - 3 times my husband called and was told the sales guy (Peyton Barnett on one form and Peyton Bennett on another form) NO LONGER WORKS THERE!!!! A courtesy call should have been made to all customers working with him. WHY DID THAT NOT HAPPEN??? *My husband sent the information to the manager as requested. 2 - 3 days pass with no response, my husband makes another call and management tells him no email has come in. My husband tells management to check AGAIN and there the email was UNOPENED!! We were doing everything we were told to do making sure timelines were met or exceeded on our end with NO REGARD to timelines on Nelson Mazda Used Sales Management end. *we indicated that we wanted the tags mailed to us. we received a call saying we can come and pick up the tags. I indicated that we wanted the tags mailed to us as indicated in the paperwork we signed. I have check marked the names that sound familiar to me during the "ordeal". I'm not looking for anyone to loose their jobs, but for the company to be better aware of what's going on down to the smallest detail. I normally end with THANKS, but not this time. WE WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING NELSON MAZDA TO FRIENDS/FAMILY/COWORKERS/STRANGERS

Excellent service and very professional..I would highly recommend your service Department..I have always had a great experience with all of the people that are in the service Department. I liked the video that they sent me when they completed my service..They always take the time to wash my car also..

First Big Girl Purchase
Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs was the most flawless and easy thing that I have ever done! This being my first big girl purchase, I was nervous going into it. But the guys here at Nelson were absolutely amazing and made the whole car buying process so painless. They could not have done one thing any better. Will always recommend! Ron and VJ are the best!
