Horrible. No follow through and this week they decide to put a full scale marketing attack to “win my business” but I already bought a Mazda from their competitor that hustled.

My 2021 Mazda which was purchased new at Mastria Mazda was recently hit while parked by another vehicle. While awaiting the insurance and appraisal repair process I wanted confirmation that my car was safe to drive. I contacted Mazda to get a safety inspection for peace of mind. Paul, Dennis and Rachel in Service were so great in getting me a timely appointment, as well as noting my list of safety concerns. Sean gave my vehicle a detailed exam and sent a video as he went through the process. I can’t give enough praise to the service team at Mastria, as well as Paul G who’s been my main contact over the years! I always leave satisfied and confident knowing that my car has been in great hands! Thank you Mastria Mazda, and staff for the excellent customer service, care and support and for just being great people with integrity and heart!

I recently visited Mastria Mazda and the experience was top notch. Right as I entered the dealership, Ryan immediately greeted me and found a sales associate to help me with my search. Sales associate Santiago was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with trying to find a vehicle that suited my needs and budget. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend Mastria Mazda to any car shopper out there.

Bringing my 2017 Mazda CX-3 to Mastria Mazda was a wonderful experience as it was my first time having to bring my vehicle in due to a recall on it. The staff there at the desk and the crew in the garage were absolutely wonderful while I hung out at the dealership relaxing watching tv. I absolutely loved the video of the overall health of my vehicle sent to me through the mechanic in the garage servicing my vehicle and for me it was exactly what I was looking for was the status of where I stood of what needs to be replaced for parts in the near future. I’m at peace now knowing the overall health of my vehicle and feel in great hands when I’m at my dealership. Any questions I have they have the answers always. Setting up the appointments online through their website is my favorite too as I can pick the day and time that works for me and my crazy busy schedule. I’m sad my Mazda is 9 years old, but Mastria Mazda has me every step of the way as my car ages. Shout Out To All Of You As Your All Amazing for every role you fill in at this dealership. I won’t take my Mazda anywhere else but Mastria! -Shannon C.
