I bought this Hyundai Santa Fe 2013, I was told the price was going to be $10,500 but instead I was charged $10,750, then I told them that I have a car loan approved with Capital One, but instead my credit was run multiple times with different financial institutions, I asked to have the car checked because I felt something when I test drove it so I can have it fixed after the purchase I was told nothing was wrong with the car, I took the car to Lester Glenn Hyundai they found out that turbocharger boost sensor needs to be replaced, so in general I was told lies multiple times.

This has been the worst service ever given to me as a Lester Glenn Customer. My vehicle has been in the repair service facility since 3 July 2019 and not delivered to me as of 10 of October 2019. The communication status for the vehicle not provided timely and the Toms River lester glenn not talking with the Ocean lester Glenn manager. My Ford Escape is literally a hostage with the service department while I am waiting for delivery. There is no customer satisfaction for me as a ex-long time customer. I will make sure all of my friends and family know of this major flaw in this situation. I hope the community knows of this horrible adventure for me!
