Very hopeful about everything up date me about my car and

Very hopeful about everything up date me about my car and let me know when that will be ready after that they drop off my car because my husband had some problems with his health I really appreciate that and thank you so much for helping out with that.

I was certainly satisfied with the service provided by the advisor, Richard Francisco, He professional and an excellent team player because he has guided us throughout our stay in the service shop. We will be coming back on to Subaru

Great service staff, Blescyn in the cafe super courteous

Great service staff, Blescyn in the cafe super courteous and always smiling as she prepares coffees tea. The manager Chris Barr was on the showroom wiping down cars and helping customers at the same time. Parts awesome too in helping me do some suburu clothing shopping. We are a two suburu family an outback and a forester. Love these cars and the dealers who support the product. Plus the Xmas decorations at this dealer are over the top with the dog motifs and suburu named outdoor products. This display should win in the dealership Xmas display.Great place to spend a few hours waiting for work being done. Now I just need a five guys within walking distance like at the sheehy former home on backlick.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I started by emailing with Alex 'Mongo' at the beginning of November about a car I was interested in. When that one sold, he quickly recommended another hybrid that fit my budget perfectly. Mongo was responsive and helpful throughout our email exchanges. When my boyfriend and I came in for a test drive, we worked with Mongo (Alex) and Chas, and they were incredible. What impressed me most was how upfront and transparent they were about pricing and fees. They let me see the price sheet and even take pictures of it. When I asked to put the car on hold to think about it, there was zero pressure - they were completely understanding when we left to look at other options. Mongo was extremely responsive over text, answering all my questions without being pushy at all. He was kind, level-headed, and genuinely easy to talk to. When we returned the next day ready to purchase, Chas got everything ready for us and made the paperwork process incredibly smooth. He even recommended a great place for tints! Mohammed in finance was fantastic as well. He worked with us to arrange monthly payments within our budget and was very transparent about all fees and add-ons. He showed us the breakdown of everything step by step. Even though we didn't go with the VIP package, he included an unlimited tire warranty without increasing our monthly payment, which was amazing. The entire process took about an hour and a half - we arrived around 12:30-1:00 and left by 2:30 with our new car! They also handled our registration seamlessly (we're DC residents but the dealership is in Virginia), provided a temporary tag, and made sure we knew exactly what to do for vehicle inspection. Everyone listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the car. This is hands down one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. If you're looking for a car, ask for Mongo (Alex) and Chas - they're the absolute best! Five stars all around!

The new Sheehy Subaru facility in Springfield, VA, is

The new Sheehy Subaru facility in Springfield, VA, is very nice. The one who greeted me and took care of informing the mechanics of what the car needed was very efficient. He explained the price etc. He had the car driven inside when I left as I walk with a cane.
