My sales associate, Luci, was easy to work with and made

My sales associate, Luci, was easy to work with and made sure I had all the info I needed. She was friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule as a working mom with two young kids. The finance people were helpful and answered my questions clearly.

When I bought my new 2017 acura mdx, a sales service rep

When I bought my new 2017 acura mdx, a sales service rep sat with me and explained the elections for each option of the many features of the vehicle. We spent half a hour setting the vehicle up. Dean did nothing like that. When I asked your finance rep if the rate on my daughter’s loan would be 4.9%, he literally laughed at me. I then had to ask him what the rate was going to be three times before he finally gave me a number. He was laughing throughout. I was, and still am, not amused. Finally, it’s very difficult to enter your dealership’s parking lot. It’s even harder to drive through the side entrance. Very disorderly. Arthur Johnson was excellent, however. Provided great customer service and was tenacious in his sales follow-up, as a good salesman should be.

We had mixed feelings about our experience.

We had mixed feelings about our experience. Before we got into the vehicle, we were specifically told how clean it was. When we got in, it was not clean—not gross by any means, but there was trash and leaves/debris throughout the vehicle. When we came back, we were told that the vehicle we were trading in had begun smoking whenever they took it for a drive. This was incredibly surprising to us, as this was not something we had experienced before. We were definitely trading the car in for a reason, but had never experienced that issue or anything similar. The way the message was delivered implied that we were maybe trying to hide or be dishonest about the cars condition, which was not at all the case. Eventually, we all came to the conclusion that the vehicle was being driven with the parking brake on, which was engaged by Dean Team staff, not us. We were told that the experience did not impact the quote we were given for the trade in, but the experience was disheartening. When we came back, we were immediately prompted to begin filling out paperwork without being asked if we wanted to continue with the process. No one was rude or pushy, but we were not explicitly given the opportunity to openly communicate with or ask questions of the salesman regarding the vehicle. We were also told several times that the vehicle would be filled up with gas prior to our leaving. This was not really something that we expected and were pleasantly surprised by the promise. However, when we got in the van to leave, the gas tank was less than 1/4 full. Additionally, our down payment was not collected prior to departure. We did not realize this until we were already at home. Not a huge deal, but also doesn’t instill a lot of confidence in the dealership as a whole. All of these things together make our experience less than ideal, though we were happy with the price point and the overall kindness of the staff we encountered.

Arthur Johnson, Mary Greathouse, and Ike were amazing both in their personal approach and in the professionalism they exhibited. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Their interaction with us was a definite consideration in our decision to purchase a car from The Dean Team. They are an asset to TDT dealership.

I just picked up my new Crosstrek and I cannot say enough

I just picked up my new Crosstrek and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the entire team at Dean Team. Every single person I talked to was so nice and professional. Tim was outstanding in his delivery and walking me through every aspect of my new vehicle. He took the time I needed to understand Subaru. This is my third vehicle from Dean Team. Two VW and now the Subaru. With the service I received, I will be back for a 4th and will certainly recommend family and friends. I want to give a shout out to Sam in finance as well. Very friendly and personable. Great Job Dean Team. Keep up the great service.
