They get it their cars to a point where it can get down the road just enough for you to buy it, then stop communicating when it goes south. Small dealer, using shady practices and lying to my face. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Please save yourself from the hole I'm finding myself in. They haven't even filed my paperwork yet and my credit union is on my xxx because they don't have the title yet.

We bought a Dozer Yellow 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Brogs, and for one, no one greeted us once we arrived, even though they knew that we were on our way that evening. Walked past us and everything. Sure, the people were friendly, but the dealership was dirty. We get the Jeep home and see that the check engine light is on. Now, mind you, we understand the risk of buying a used vehicle, but the problems this Jeep is having should have been fixed or never sold until they were. During the test drive, we noticed the passenger seat would not adjust and was wiggling, which they fixed by replacing it with an identical seat from another Jeep. We brought it back the next day to have us sit for multiple hours with no update. The Jeep was then also overheating on top of that check engine light, so they burped the system, cleared the codes, and gave the Jeep back as if it were good to go. Of course, when we get home and run the code reader on it, we see that the codes they cleared had to do with missfiring on multiple cylinders. Talk to them again come Wednesday, and they send a tow truck to pick it up to have their "techs" (I use this loosely, as I question this) fix it after my fiancé took the thermostat off, and that wasn't looking so great either due to it still overheating after returning from Brogs. They then get it back to the shop and supposedly "fix" the Jeep again, replacing multiple parts. To me, these are just patch jobs, or well, we did it and didn't do it because after picking it up tonight, it is STILL overheating. Not looking so great at this point. I hope they can make this right by covering the extra warranties they sell and covering the deductible to have it fixed elsewhere, as I do not trust they can fix this as they are not going through and crossing off all possibilities. Testing driving in multiple settings to make sure the problems are properly fixed.

My experience with the dealership was overall excellent. The team was accommodating and, in some cases, went above and beyond. The communication was prompt, and the sales guy was very attentive. In addition, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and shared tips on securing the best finance that would work best for my family and me. On the test drive, I noticed the radio was not working consistently. This was not a deal-breaker, as I had intentions of updating the radio in the future. During my wait for the final paperwork, the sales guy introduced me to the owner and shared per the owner's direction; the factory radio was upgraded to a new sound system. Overall, my experience was seamless, and I am thrilled with the jeep wrangler that I purchased.

Fast and easy purchase. I appreciated their efficiency and their honest upfront pricing and description of vehicle. The car fax was ready and printed when we came to test drive car and salesman gave my son great information regarding his first car purchase.

Bought a car from Daniel. I looked at the car the day before, got my financing together, and had the car 24 hours later. Excellent service and professional staff. Carfax is available for all of the vehicles and Daniel included it with my paperwork. There's something to be said about a dealer who doesn't play games or tries to hide anything. I was looking for a used car either an Accord or Camry and I found it at Brogs Auto..... I really like this place. I was recommended by a friend who purchased a vehicle last year; and he was right. Vehicles are very clean with history reports displayed on their units and friendly staff. As a first time buyer, I was worry about my payments and rate but Daniel explained the different programs that lenders have to offer. I am very happy with my 2012 Camry, he made it happen!!

Daniel was great and very helpful. He was able to complete most everything over the phone before we got there which made the process quick and painless. I love the 2008 Ford Explorer Limited we got from them. It was exactly the car I was looking for! I would definitely purchase from them again.
