They were super helpful in finding the right car for me and making sure if was affordable. They are really nice guys and they make you feel super welcomed and at home. I never felt pressured to make a purchase neither did I ever feel rushed. I think they have an awesome team of guys working there that are respectful,kind and honest. I had shopped around at other places prior to going to the used car factory and I have no regrets with my purchase. I've had the car for about 6 months now and everything is working perfectly with no problems. Donny is an amazing sales associate, he's fun to be around and the process went by super fast. Our (my wife & I) initial call/contact with John on Saturday morning was very "INVITING" to come and look at the vehicle that I inquired about because it was still available. Then my 2.5 hours drive through the country side of Maryland was interesting. Once I arrived the disappointment was that I was in "REDSKINS" territory. This guy (JOHN) when we enter the business sitting at the first desk wearing a redskin jersey says: You must be Mr. Patterson. Again another win, for remembering my name. Without hesitation, he asked for my license, handed me the keys to the vehicle and told me to enjoy the 'test drive'. The vehicle was sitting in front of the business ready to be driven! Once we returned, again John was very cordial and friendly, we sat and conducted business. John partnered with Jody, we then partnered with Steve and the next thing I know we had purchase a new vehicle. No haggling, we met/agreed on the best offer, the entire process was seamless and definitely worth the drive and meeting new friends! I will definitely purchase from "THE USED CAR FACTORY" again. I purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper S for my son 6 months ago ago and it seems like EVERYTHING on this car is failing. Water pump, Thermostat Housing, Catalytic Converters, Spark Plugs, Miss Firing Cylinders, Turbo Oil leak...etc. So much additional dollars and so much stress on this purchase. Staff was very nice which is why I am giving 1 star. I am 39 and my wife is 44...this is the WORST product experience either of us has had. I am so disappointed and really wish I had gone to Car Max and bought something with a warranty. Live and learn...hopefully someone sees this.
