Knowledgeable Staff

Erik was easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and no high pressure sales tactics! Would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Great Service!

I went to the Used Car Factory to tests drive a car, I was late to my appointment, and the last person there. Erik was very courteous and understanding. Steve and Erik both stayed late to make sure that I drove away with my vehicle that night!

Awesome People, Great Experience!

Everybody at the dealership is incredibly nice, especially Cynthia, she is awesome! Highly recommend anyone in the market for a used vehicle to gander here. My personal experience was great, nice car for a good price and the process was seamless!

Terrible dealership Customer service the Worst

By far the WORST Customer service ever. After 9 phone calls and given the run around re: a cancellation of an extended warranty in October. To be told it was never submitted until December. I was told 2x in November then refund was sent to me per Steve. Here it is January and you guessed it still no refind. Zurich advised me of the amount they refunded The Used Car Factory and Liz til do me it was 1/2 of that. REALLY??? Zurich has been involved to let Liz know that the amount was clearly different. Still haven Never received any check refund And Liz is out. Steve is on vacation then back has no record of the amount the "check" is for. I asked could they FED ex the check and guess what???? Steve told me "it's in the mail". Last week they didn't have my address funny since I get calls and mailings about "specials". Must have lost me address since they OWE me $$. Bunch of run around and no one knows what's going on or who handles the actual check. I'm guessing he check in November got lost in the mail. Would NEVER buy anything from this place. HORRIBLE Customer service. STILL WAITING for my $$$$$$$

Lovin my new/used car!

I was tossing around the idea of either buying another car or sinking more money in my old car. While venting online, my long time friend (who we lost touch with 20 yrs ago) John Carlson. Said, let me see what I can do to help you. I was open to reviewing all options, I wasn't really confident in my credit rating due to not paying attention to it for many years. He took my info and within 30 minutes called me to tell me he had me approved. I was truly shocked. He then asked me to pull up the webpage and pick a few cars, he would run the info and see what he could do. This once again didn't take long. He let me know of the great deal I could get with a very low car payment. After my 2 hour drive to get to the dealership, the car was clean and ready for my test drive. I was sold! But in the back of my mind I was thinking, Ok here we go with the lengthy paperwork and negotiations. Nope, once again I was totally wrong! All of the paperwork was ready and I was offered two separate options. John Carlson and Steve Pyles had done their homework and made this a very stress free experience. (I once sat 8 hours in a dealership trying to get the payments to where I wanted them). I am very pleased with my whole experience. I never felt pressured at any time during this process. And I am very appreciative for the promptness and professionalism I received.

Totally Satsified

I was totally satisfied with the experience at the Used Car Factory and Erik Schueholz as the salesman. Gave me the time to ask questions and check whatever I wanted and never felt pressured to complete a sale. Great Experience!

First Time Jeep Buyer

Found the Jeep Wrangler I wanted with all of the features I wanted and none of the options I didn't and low mileage. Everyone was helpful and attentive. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Helpful low pressure dealer

The staff was very helpful. My wife an I went in with 2 young children along. They made us quite comfortable and even helped entertain the children while we worked on financing and paperwork. After test driving the car and getting their best offer, they allowed us to go to another dealer to test drive another car we were looking at with NO pressure whatsoever and an understanding that their offer stands if we came back. We called them from Lexington Park to tell them that we had decided to buy the car from them and they had the paperwork ready to go when we pulled in. 10 minutes later we drove off in our new car. The car did have mechanical problems that we noticed in the next 2 days, but they worked with us to get the problems fixed under their 30 day warranty. This was the best car buying experience of my life.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

Donny was amazing helping my wife and I get into the perfect truck for our family! Steve had all of the paperwork ready when we came it. The process was so easy and fast. Could not ask for more helpful and friendly guys to work with. We traveled a good distance to get to the dealership, but it was well worth it and will do it again in the future. Would recommend Donny, Steve and the Car Factory to everyone we know. Thanks for making this process such a fantastic one!

Quick & Painless - friendly & courteous

I personally hate car dealerships and salesman; but on Saturday I was blown away by how quickly things were explained; approval was quick & signing off on paperwork was a breeze.
