Great Experience

Awesome place
I saw this dealership on the web when looking for places to see about a car. My husband and I got there, we were meet by Scott. He was friendly and just awesome. He answered all our questions about everything. We were treated by everyone like we were at a major dealership for new cars. We have told other people about this place and to see Scott.

Very Friendly Staff With Large Section of Vehicles!
I am one of those people who really researches a product before purchase. My selection and purchase from "The Used Car Factory" was no exception. The large inventory of vehicles on site made it easy to compare features of several vehicles at the same time. The staff provided a "No pressure to buy" environment that made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. Outstanding!
From the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we drove off the lot with our new "used" vehicle, we were treated like we were the only customers there. The service from this dealership is incomparable. The sales agent was not only knowledgeable, but her personality made the entire experience less stressful and fun. The managers were involved, friendly, and made us comfortable during every aspect. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new 'used' vehicle. FOREVER CUSTOMER!
My husband and I came in to purchase a vehicle. We were greeted as soon as we got out of our vehicles by friendly faces. We do not have wonderful credit, but Cindy, Steve, and Sheila did everything they could to make sure we left there happy and in a vehicle.
